pet etiquette

Up to 2 pets per unit, cats and/or dogs are welcome at Queens Garden Apartments.

In consideration of all neighbours, human owners are required to observe the following rules & regulations:

  • PETS MUST BE ON LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL at all times in all common areas. Be mindful that not everyone enjoys your pet’s attention and that some dogs may be reactive or behave differently in small spaces.

  • PICKUP AND DISPOSE poop and litter-box contents properly in garbage bins. Relieve dogs away from the building if possible, or along the property edges (away from Picnic & Play area).

  • DOG WASH STATION is for your convenience and must be left clean and dry after each use.

  • PICNIC & PLAY AREA IS A NO PET ZONE. Relieve your pets away from this area as people eat and play here.

  • PETS ARE WELCOME IN LOUNGE only during PRIVATE EVENTS. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

 
 

ev car charging

PlugEV charging stations are dedicated for use by residents of Queens Garden and requires activation of an account. Simply scan the QR code on the charging units with your phone and download the app. Follow instructions to add payment method.

Always coil charging cord after each use and return plug to the mount to ensure safe storage when not in use.

Unless booked for a Private Events, this amenity space will be open to all tenants and their guests during regular office hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Everyone who uses the space is responsible for leaving it clean and tidy. Tenants are responsible for their guests.

Private Events can be booked in 4 hour Blocks everyday from:

  • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

  • 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm

  • 6:00 pm to 10 pm
